Data Deletion Policy
This Data Deletion Policy ("Policy") is issued by AAAM WIPRZ Private Limited (operating as "WIPRZ") and governs the process, conditions, and limitations related to deletion of personal data collected through the WIPRZ platform. By using WIPRZ services, the user/partner agrees to the terms set forth herein.
Purpose
This Policy defines how and when personal data of users and partners may be deleted, anonymized, or retained by the Company.
Types of Data Covered
This Policy applies to personal data including but not limited to:
- •Name
- •Phone number
- •Address / Location
- •Booking history
- •KYC documents (for partners)
- •Communication records
- •Media (photos/videos where applicable)
User-Initiated Data Deletion Request
Users and partners may request deletion of their personal data by contacting official WIPRZ support channels.
The Company may require identity verification before processing any deletion request.
Processing of Requests
Upon successful verification, WIPRZ shall process valid deletion requests within 7 to 15 working days, subject to operational and legal requirements.
Data may be:
- •Permanently deleted
- •Anonymized (non-identifiable form)
- •Archived (where legally required)
Data Retention Exceptions
WIPRZ reserves the right to retain certain data even after a deletion request for:
- •Legal compliance (tax, audit, regulatory requirements)
- •Fraud prevention and investigation
- •Dispute resolution
- •Enforcement of terms and policies
- •Pending payments, penalties, or claims
Such retained data shall not be used for commercial purposes.
Partial Deletion
Certain operational data such as booking records may be retained in anonymized form for analytics and service improvement.
Impact of Data Deletion
Upon deletion of data:
- •User/Partner account access may be revoked
- •Booking history may not be retrievable
- •Services may not be available without re-registration
Limitations
WIPRZ shall not be liable for data already shared with service partners for completed services prior to deletion request.
Backup systems may retain data for a limited duration before permanent purge.
Policy Updates
WIPRZ reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of services shall constitute acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at the Company's registered office location.
