1.5 “Booking” refers to a service request made by a user through the Wiprz platform.
Users may use the Wiprz platform to request car wash services at their location.
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account or booking services, including address and contact details.
Wiprz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or violate these terms.
When a booking is placed through Wiprz, the request is sent to available service partners in the area.
A service partner may accept the booking and perform the requested service at the location provided by the user.
Users must ensure vehicle accessibility and provide a safe working environment for the service partner.
Users agree to pay the service fee displayed at the time of booking. Payments may be processed through digital payment systems supported by the platform.
Wiprz may include service or platform fees as applicable.
Users may cancel a booking through the Wiprz application.
Cancellation charges may apply if the service partner has already accepted the booking or arrived at the service location.
Service partners using the Wiprz platform operate independently and are not employees of Wiprz.
Wiprz acts only as a technology platform connecting users with service providers.
While Wiprz strives to maintain high service quality, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by independent service partners or external circumstances.
Individuals under the age of 18 may use the Wiprz platform with the permission or supervision of a parent or guardian.
